Each day you log your walk, you’ll make progress through Smiling Mind Creek, unlocking exclusive mindfulness content to boost your mental wellbeing and the mental wellbeing of your family.

Track your 21 minutes on your Apple Watch, Fitbit or fitness tracker of your choice. As you walk, you can imagine that you’re making your way along the Creek’s Sandbanks, hanging out in the Windy Trees, or taking a breather by the Waterhole!

Maali, Wes, Tam, and the Walk for Kids’ Mental Health team will be with you every step of the way, providing useful fundraising tips and tools to help you raise the most for kids’ mental health!
